What we collect
Registration details (player name, birth date, guardian contacts), form messages, donation pledges, and shop orders (shipping address and order contents). Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.
How we use it
To place players on teams, run camps and tryouts, answer messages, confirm pledges, and fulfill shop orders. With your permission, we send season emails — every message includes an unsubscribe link.
Photos of minors
We photograph sessions for the site and social channels. Families choose a photo preference at registration and can change it anytime by emailing hello@redwingyouthclub.org.
Who sees it
Coaches see their own rosters. The club office sees registrations and orders. Nobody else — we do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and our providers are bound to use it only for club business.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time via the contact page. We reply within two business days.
