What it is
Foundations that last a career
Zone 1 is the academy engine room: 7v7 and 9v9 football with two midweek trainings and a Saturday match. First touch, passing weight, 1v1 courage and defending principles — coached through games, never lines.
- Regional league play with balanced rosters — every player starts games across the season.
- Position rotation all season: every U12 has played everywhere by year end.
- Two written development reviews per year for every family.
